Work Sandy

As the lead web development partner for the new worksandy.com, our agency spearheaded a deeply collaborative effort, working in a dynamic three-way partnership with Sandy’s internal marketing team and a third-party branding agency. Our primary role was to translate their newly established brand identity and strategic marketing objectives into a state-of-the-art digital experience. By focusing on technical precision and creative implementation, we brought the Sandy brand to life through fluid animations, intuitive navigation, and an immersive user interface that captures their unique voice. This close collaboration ensured the final product not only met but exceeded the collective vision for a cutting-edge, polished, and highly engaging online presence that performs as beautifully as it looks.

Roadie

In March of 2023, Dogghouse Interactive was contracted by a partner agency to provide development services for Roadie.com as they prepared to launch a brand new driver’s intake portal. Services we provided for this project include advanced SEO, analytics implementation, responsive design, custom WordPress theming, technical support documentation, content management training, as well as technology consultation services and ongoing maintenance. The site launched on July 24, 2023, and receives an average of 2,000 unique visits per day.

DIRECTV

Our development team served as the primary developers on the DIRECTV Residential Dealers website and microsites redesign and development project in 2020. Through our partner agencies, we have created a system of more than 300 dealer microsites, powered by WordPress and each supporting a custom dealer logo, phone number, office address, email address, about us section, a custom privacy policy, and in certain cases, custom package pricing. The other elements displayed within each microsite are shared by all microsites and are conveniently managed in one place within the main site, so editing what gets displayed on each dealer’s site is a breeze.

National Center for Civil and Human Rights

In 2020, our team had the privilege of working on a web development project for the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (NCCHR) in Atlanta. The goal was to create an interactive and informative website that would serve as a hub for visitors to learn about the Center, its events, exhibits, and community outreach projects.

To achieve this, we built a custom WordPress theme to allow maximum flexibility in content management. This involved creating a custom frontend editor for each custom field powering the theme’s flexible content blocks.

Our team was responsible for every aspect of the project, including design, theming, content generation, event management, and third-party ticketing/e-commerce integration.

Zoo Atlanta

In 2016, our team worked alongside key stakeholders within Zoo Atlanta to design and develop a new WordPress website which supports their memberships, ticketing, special events, educational programs, and their live panda cam. Drawing more than 500,000 monthly, unique views worldwide, the Zoo Atlanta panda cam requires a separate, dedicated web server all its own to handle the influx of traffic and simultaneous streams across the globe. Today, through Sol Design Co., we continue to provide monthly maintenance and support for the entire site.

Wishbox.Love

Wishbox.Love is an online platform which provides a private, secure, virtual webspace for sharing well-wishes with loved ones. Launched in 2019, the site’s UX was designed for technologically inept users to be able to participate. It is pitched as an alternative social media platform.

For this project, our team provided all aspects of branding and design, as well as custom WordPress theme development, “how-to” video production, advanced SEO and analytics, custom UX/UI design for creating virtual “wishboxes,” and the security and privacy logic required for their participants, and e-commerce integration through Woocommerce.
